Mr. Chávez is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in different industries. In the last 10 years his focus has been on raising capital for investments and real estate development. He has developed different residential and hospitality real estate properties in Mexico such as Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Merida, Los Cabos and Guadalajara. After his successful developments in Mexico, Mr. Chavez expanded his platform to build projects in the US specifically in Texas, Florida and Arkansas.
