Mr. Hagg brings over 15 years of expertise in investment banking, real estate, and financial services to Manglar Capital. His extensive experience spans mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring, and strategic business development, making him a vital asset to the firm.

Mr. Hagg began his career at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), where he provided financial and operational analyses for corporate clients, building strong client relationships and driving results. He later joined VACE Partners, where he led middle-market investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, buy-side and sell-side advisory, and IPO consulting.

Most recently at a fintech company, Mr. Hagg played a pivotal role in defining capital structures, securing funding, and implementing scalable financial strategies, working closely with founders and investors to drive company growth. His hands-on approach and keen ability to navigate complex financial landscapes have consistently delivered exceptional outcomes for his clients and partners.

Mr. Hagg holds a degree in Business Engineering with a minor in Economics and Finance from ITAM and completed an exchange semester at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona. Fluent in English, Spanish, and intermediate French, he is also a dedicated marathon runner, demonstrating the discipline and perseverance that define his professional and personal endeavors.
